Given Riviera and Bola (2nd Trial course) essentially sit at opposite ends of the scale in terms of power vs handling every kind of build is going to sacrifice pace somewhere here, all my own tunes but I tried balancing most of them, clearly failed on some and my Cobra times are useless to any M or MC user but anyway….

356 A - 4:01.458
8 Litre - 4:02.293

250 California I ran a few days ago on it’s own with no aero, that’s the only reason it’s time is so far ahead on Riviera, wouldn’t be anything special with a similar build to what I used on most of them, probably around 3:05.

I already have the E-Type shared so won’t be putting anything else out, but Rocklxd’s tune for the 300SL is likely the strongest option and easily findable with how popular it is, don’t know how it can do on Bola but I do know it can do a quicker Riviera time than mine did here.

SSK, 356 A and 8 Litre just awful, use the latter as a weird B Dirt car instead where it can actually end up being pretty decent.

One of the easier ones by far even with a bunch of bash bros on the second track.

The cross country championship however? Oh dear, oh how very dear…

For me the Cross country championship was ok, but not that easy, with all off these Exteme E.s bearing down on you all the time.
Guess i got a good tune together on the Rally fighter, which is probably the tune i trust the most in this type of cars and class so, at least for now.
The second event lab though, was tough, the Apex Alligator one, the track was ok, but the Ai was not easy to deal with in solo mode.
That Huracan and the Formula Drift Mustang that the 2 lead ai drove, which somehow had lots of speed and tons of grip when the ai drove it, were not easy to deal with at all, and it took quite a few restarts before i won it.
I used the 2023 Porsche 911 GT3 R for that race with a 4 liter F6 n/a engine swap, to make it sound better than stock, and it normally works great in my other races, but here today, i struggled.
Also on the first event lab, The Edel Circuit, i was stuck under the track as the race started on my first time, so i had to exit and restart the race, then it worked.

Don’t forget, drivatars are fake :person_shrugging:

humans that didn’t quit cost my team the Trial first time, including one prestige 7 player that scored zero and DNFd twice, just don’t get the inability to quit

Would you say they were too legit to quit?

not sure what that means - I might well be missing something!

To be fair, I don’t think it’s common knowledge that attempting to finish the race can be detrimental to the team overall in those circumstances. It seems more intuitive to think the opposite imo.

As a solo drive it would have been easy however my first two attempts in coop went horribly with folk just being horribly terrible at driving cross country with 3-5 of them all repeatedly missing the same check points and refusing to quit.

On the other hand the jimco is a lovely drive in this class.

MC Hammer song, “2 Legit 2 Quit.” Yes, I’m old.

I remember MC Hammer but was never into that kind of thing myself, late 80s was listening to a lot of thrash metal though still mixed it up with various other things.

Trial wasn’t to bad this week. Blueprints had really good flow to them. PR stunts were a breeze. PGG was fun. Street racing online custom was a nightmare as usual as I do generally run online a lot. Hot Wheels B700 Super Hot Hatch event was rubber band city especially going through the loops. Rally expansion S900 Rally Monsters was a blast. All played co-op as usual. All in all not a bad week of events.
