Yours was real. Mine I saw was AI in my race.
Was too short on time to look earlier. I think I have to agree with AnakalaRon, probably not intentional.
EDIT : And of course now I see all the details on the hit not being a hit or the issue / point lol. It’s all good ![]()
As for missing the checkpoint, I guess they got the pass because of the check point missed I got flagged for nowhere near any checkpoints lol. I almost wonder if the missed checkpoint that didn’t count and the shove were related ? Like they were “on” a different part of the space time continuum track and in their universe they made the checkpoint and you didn’t get pushed ? This game, who knows.
Sounds like the system “gifted” you this person’s penalty
“Shall we send a thank you?”
I don’t specifically remember see something exactly like that but I don’t race online a lot. In games it seems somewhat common for some players to be ahead or behind in time compared to where I am. Sometimes it goes against me and sometimes in my favor in tagging or getting tagged.
Absolutely. It’s just the spirit of horizon ! ![]()
The 1973 Alpine will smoke all the PR stunts this week, especially with my tune on it ![]()

I used the Porsche 911 '73 and the Audi Quattro for the PR stunts.
Took the 3 races in the trial. Toonmates had their usual fixation on me rather than Antonia & Co but notwithstanding that I enjoyed it well enough.
Trial done on the first time but it seems like this Series features teammates who are just out for themselves. The AI also seem to continue to make decisions designed only to hurt the real players. In the 1st race I was passing an AI. The AI was on the driving line and I was well to its right. It suddenly veers right and hits me causing me to spin out. I dropped from 3rd to 12 and eventually made it up to 7th for the finish.
The Hammer was great for the PR stunts. I did use the Opel though for the dirt speed trap on the mountain.
Playground Games was its usual pain. Started on a team of 5 against 6. As soon as it started I saw two teammates go into pause mode and quit the game. Just glad you don’t have to win to get the seasonal challenge completion.
Got through everything without much issue. Last race of the D500 using the Jeep CJ5 Renegade took a couple attempts but made sure to add carbon rip design & gained an additional 3 seconds ![]()
Just finished Horizon Arcade in a group of….1 me!
Where is everyone?!?

Always nice to have a solo Arcade. 1/3 of the time I have people with me in the Arcade, they are just parasites wanting to sit along the road and collect the rewards. Drift is my go to Arcade.
Yeah it was rather nice actually & I was able to complete it solo, so it worked out ![]()
I used the '70 El Camino for the PR stunts. Then, since I hadn’t set a speed on the Green Hills Zone yet, I ran it with the '91 Atelerix. My speed would’ve put me at the top of the leaderboard, but the game wouldn’t register it.
Can’t say I’m surprised. A '91 Atelerix at the top of the leaderboards would be more than suspicious.
I’m convinced it is best to start the Trial this Series in last place and hope you can get out in front once everyone else is caught up in the chaos of the early turns. Very few drivers are braking and a lot are just trying to take the best line, even if someone is beside them.
What’s a 91 hedgehog? Lost on boomer.
That’s why it is unbelievable that he could be at the top of the leaderboard in one.
Better than a C600 boite de merde.
fyi speed zone buggying out for some. wont show up
That was the easiest trial I’ve done too. I’ve been driving the RS200 regularly for years. It’s one car I’ve truely mastered across s1 to x-class, dirt and snow lol.
