What’s so bad at starting from the back? You’re a fast driver, so you shouldn’t have any problems with that.

Decided to give the new Focus a shot.
Started last on the grid on Arch of Mulegé and made some mistakes on the final lap but held on for a close 1st place finish.

Jaguar F-TYPE does not work for today’s daily.
Acura Integra does work for today’s daily.

There seems to be an undocumented and unwanted change to the PR stunt eligibility with this update
Traditionally you could complete PR stunts in a lower class car (useful for drift challenges) but it seems that this update locks it in. I tested it on HW and RA with the A class tune I had and received the “Incorrect Car” message. Switched to an S1 tune and it qualified.
I really wish the devs would stop messing with things that are not broken

No drags…just stock…no aero. Lost my team on the first turn like last week. Off to FH4 for the farewell playlist festivities.
it’s usually open but on occasion they seem to throw this level of strictness for no apparent reason

TBH this is the first time I’ve seen this. Upper limits are totally understandable otherwise there is no point of restrictions but lower limits don’t make sense
I’ve not tested the main playlist stunts because I completed them with an A class car. I really hope this is a one off because those off road or narrow space S2 drift challenges are much better in a lower PI car

it’s happened once or twice since they stopped the really hard restrictions but reverted after one or maybe two series
main map events are strict A, too, I had a look after reading your post

I only really deviate from class for drift zones but I noticed it with HW because I was planning on using a really good A class tune that is as good as an S1 but with better handling
For speed related challenges, a lower class can disadvantage you unless you like an extra challenge but for drift, it can be a big advantage so hopefully it won’t be hard applied to everything
That’s ‘F-TYPE’ ‘R’, not ‘F-’ ‘TYPE R’. I wouldn’t have expected it to work.

that’s why I went for it first, start with the oddest one - it does have the characters “type r” in order, whatever the case!
The Jag has the wrong emPHASis on the sylLABles to be a type R, imo at least.
There’s a few Civic that should work in addition to the Integra

Treasure Chest: will trigger upon completion of any Trailblazer (regardless of stars) with the Polestar. Chest was literally in the last place I looked, so hope this helps. (Btw: you can actually fast travel to that level.)

Just level 4, nothing extraordinary. The game throws credits at you in so many ways, doesn’t take long to accumulate.
