Thanks Rayne; I appreciate that! Yeah, I was a bit disappointed in the initial performance of the car as well, but haven’t spent a whole lot of time driving or testing it yet. If you have something shared, I’ll definitely check it out.
Nice work! Good to see you sharing some quality RWD tunes!
Thanks man & good to see you around! No way I can make a RWD tune as stable as you can
but thought it was pretty decent for the need.
It can be done without tuning or upgrades - but it is very hard.
Ran the ‘05 Mitsubishi Evo for the monthly Rivals & WOW; the handling of this thing is insane! My only complaint is someone applied the vinyls backwards on both sides of the car ![]()
(& yes…I know that’s intentional, but from my design pov, it drives me crazy all the same)
Gotta love a Trial that doesn’t have a single stock option available. What a bizarre restriction. Pretty sure our entire team was running the rental Mustang. I won the Festival Circuit running away, and then after some first-corner shenanigans I managed to track down the top two AI on the final lap at Mulegé and snag that win too. The team won handily both times.
One thing stuck out to me, though. We’re all used to the AI swerving sideways at warp speed to ram into us, but this was the first time I’ve had one of them do it from behind. And it wasn’t even going into a corner, but in the middle of a straight. The thing must have gained an instant 25 MPH to move like it did.
I just hope they don’t get as rowdy as they were in FH4…this weeks trial in that game was the epitome of overkill for aggressive AI. Sounds like they are bringing that back to FH5…
stock options, series 33 “Apex All Stars”, week 1 summer/wet

(trial “Mini Mustang Mix-Up” – grumble moan boo)
eventlab “Italia 458 Race Track” – Ferrari 458 (I see what you did there)
eventlab “Green River GP” – McLaren F1 GT (other than the silly speed boost, not bad)
eventlab “Jungle Race Circuit” – Porsche Cayman [‘15] (nice one)
speed trap “Arid Hills” – Chevy Camaro ‘15 (easy; 164.89mph)
speed zone “Festival Speed Zone” – Caterham R500 (easy; 95.32mph)
speed zone “Mountain Pass” – Caterham R500 (easy; 118.13mph)
championship “Live Long & Prospera” – BMW #1 M8 (slightly tricky wins)
championship “Burning Up” – Ford Focus '17 (easy wins)
treasure hunt “Lotus Laps” – Lotus 2-Eleven (I beat a rival on the Oval Circuit)
RA speed trap “Canyon Rush” – Alfa Giulia ‘17 (difficult; 156.26mph)
RA championship “O Romeo, Romeo” – Alfa Giulia ‘17 (easy wins)
(HW speed zone “Frozen Rush” – I got 140.5ish in the Ford Raptor R)
HW championship “Pickup the Pace” – Barbie HUMMER EV (very easy wins)
I enjoyed these eventlabs, had a tight 1v1 race on the Green River GP but that track had some of the biggest curbs I’ve seen which often unsettled the car when driving over them.
The same thing was happening to me. I had to restart the game to fix it.

SC: Design 117 246 498 - Tune 129 123 382 (S2 998)
This car actually seems to have the +/-1 PI bug. The actual PI of the car is 890 but when I bought a second one to make an S1 900 tune I noticed the following.
As you can see it shows a PI of 891 and I doubt that’s related to my livery which was the only thing that I had changed at this point.
Also this happend.
Check the order in which the cars finished and compare them with the positions displayed on the board after the race.
I guess you can count 1 + 1 together and get what I’m trying to imply here.
I liked the stock '18 Civic type R for “Burning Up”. I’ve found that using a good stock car sometimes is much easier (probably due to the AI PI, and how it learns from tuned drivers) for the SCs… Just my 2c
I don’t know what it is, but this series feels a bit better than the last. Maybe it’s not having the incentive for cars triggering FOMO. Anyway, I decided to have a bit of… fun… doing the Burning Up championship. Instead of looking for a well-tuned Super Hot Hatch, I decided to drive something that I ‘tuned’ shortly after it was introduced and didn’t bother with afterwards: the '65 FE Mini Electric.
…and by some miracle, I barley got a 1-2-1. Not sharing the tune because it’s a bear to actually drive/steer.
Yeah, i noticed that too, in all 3 races as well. Excessive IMHO
Cheers! - was really struggling with Prospera championship, used the Porsche & your tune to complete it.
I’d like to say a very sincere thank you for all the likes, positive feedback & DLs for this design; it’s truly appreciated. Conversely, I’d like to offer an apology, as I discovered some minor alignment issues with a couple of the vinyls post-release that I was not satisfied with.
I realize that many may not even notice them (“bleed through” of vinyl to secondary surface, distortion on black vinyl end due to placement), but I felt compelled to correct them for the integrity of the design. Unfortunately, this means I needed to unshare the original, make the corrections, then re-share it, which results in a new share code, which I have updated in the above post.
For those who have downloaded the design already, or anyone else interested, I’d invite you to download the updated version with the corrections applied.
Again, my apologies for letting those get past my own quality control checks
& sorry for the inconvenience, but thank you again for the continued support & hope you like the design; definitely one of my favorites for this car.
Updated SC: 182 986 829 - “Multimatic MS•2”
Okay, so where in the world did you start from on the RA map to pull 156 mph in that car? I can’t get within 7 or 8 mph of that by any approaches I’m seeing.
Most players use the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and start to the South West of the Speed Trap offroad near the highest part of the hill.
It’s still a bit difficult but there is a tune dated 25 Apr 2024 by xGoblinSlayer called PR Stunts (S.Trap) share code : 120 566 793.
Car stats: Top speed 237.1 mph and 0-60 mph 1.942 secs. Makes it easy and I achieved 166 mph (target 155 mph) on my first attempt.
For anyone interested, my best tunes for this season:
For the PR stunts Jag F-Type P7: 179 144 415
For the Trial '69 Mustang Boss 302: 174 346 222
For the RA PR '65 Alpha Romeo Giulia TZ2: 519 238 637
