It would be great if the seasonal playlist challenges that do not require multiplayer play were available for offline play for people with slower or degraded Internet. Yes, there is the backup playlist, but those activities only get you pathetic wheelspins and not exclusive cars and clothes that are offered in the main seasonal playlists.
