I was. But I switched over right after. Didn’t think it necessary to do while finding the things. Especially since noticing a flock of players at rougly the same spot can hint at there being what I’m looking for.
I have a Ferrari F12 tune for use with an xbox controller. Tune: 111 889 065. I dont have room to set up my wheel so im stuck with a controller for now. A lot of top tunes feel loose on a controller, so im thinking this one might feel weird if youre not on a controller. If you are, it might be effective … i dont know. I am on a trial win streak too obscene to detail, though.

Try a reboot. This seems to be a recurring intermittent issue, but rebooting seems to help folks.
Wasn’t there something connected with quick resume on consoles?

Houston, we’ve a runaway AI…again!
Did quit in the second race after I got corner bombed by a “teammate” in the 90° right. In the second attempt an other AI did a 2:30,768 in a 599 GTO at the canyon. We still won by points and were done after the second race.
On an other note. It seems like the shift-bug is back. Had dozens of cases where the game either ignored upshifts which means I had to pull the paddle again or it was upshifting two times with one pull now already. That only started to happen after the update and I doubt it’s my wheel that’s the issue here.

Do the trial on pc, as I don’t have Xbox Gold Membership. Did close the game between the first few attempts twice.
What was doing the trick for me was to stay behind the last human player and secure his or her back. Had a good group where I was not supposed to do the leading work.
But I run over another bug, the last of the three races of class A sports utilites vehicles leads me to the retro supersports car race. It is the third time now that I try to resume this championship as I won the first two races in a stock lamborghini urus, but everytime I start the game it wants to play the event lab thingy and not the third championship race…

I just failed my first attempt at the Hot Wheels Danger Sign for lightly scratching a tree with the side of my car AFTER JUMPING FAR ENOUGH and landing a couple meters before touching said tree. And then I was so annoyed (and afraid of touching a tree again) that my next couple of tries were too short.
Yeah, totally my fault that the landing zone is in the middle of a forest.

One of the Shopping Time races is at the same place as one of the weekly eventlab races. If you access the race it will send you into the seasonal championship race.
It threw me for a loop with the way it was labeled as the eventlab race but it does continue your Shopping Time championship.

I had done the EventLab race before the seasonal championship and in this case it worked and put me in the right race. The preview lap when hovering on the icon on the map still showed me the EventLab layout though.

OK, to be fair, they messed that one up in English too. Output could have been an auto-correct for whatever they had typed Outpost on.
Thanks for pointing this out. I did the Event Labs first so ill probably be able to get into the championship race, but i have a bad habit of not looking at where all 3 events pop up and relying on finding the white championship race markers for each race. I wouldve gone nuts trying to find it.
My F12 tune for the trial is working pretty good for me. Haven’t lost yet, even though a couple werent pretty, but ive run a 2:30 and a 2:31 from the back row at Copper Canyon with 602 lb of downforce at the back (kind of a lot). Theres a sub 2:30 in it for sure. And i saw the 3rd trial race once … Emerald Circuit.

Fun fact: The Ferrari 288 GTO was actually ment to be used as a rally comeback for Ferrari. That’s why the car has such wide arches for example. They planned to participate in the famous Group B with it but the series unfortunately got canceled back in 1986 because of some deadly accidents.
