Spoke with a few people who have a better understanding of building / tuning inside FM and they believe this is a glitched car / build.
Couldn’t find any reference inside search so throwing it out to the community before submitting bug report.
It might be on other leaderboards also - Eagle Oval is where I discovered it.
Anyone shed some light?
Back when the game launched it was possible to drastically reduce the PI of several cars by multiple classes, after removing the turbo from the car.
This isn’t possible anymore but if anyone has those older cars and not modified them, they can still use them.

As @PJTierney said it’s an engine glitched F40C.
It was only possible until Patch 2 launched.
Although the build is glitched the PI system isn’t. It’s rated like a normal A700 F40C would be if it could be built.
Is it any good on the board? Top ten times with these builds were always wiped while I kept my lower placed ones (Top 30ish A700 McLaren P1 on Brickyard Oval for example).
There’s 9 of the top 12 that show on page 1.
I could have sworn these weren’t there when I set my original time a few months ago. Some people must still have them like you say @PJTierney
Didn’t FM7 used to give us the date a time was set?
Either they never used their glitched cars or the glitch is back. If they were set during the time back then they would have been wiped.
