Wondering if anyone else is having an issue accessing multiplayer. I understand we’re not suppose to discuss banning in these forums but, with T10s humid, warm, and dense aroma of late night waffles soaked in a half gallon of burborn, public restroom customer service i honestly couldnt care less.
I keep getting the message “this feature has been temporarily disabled”
I’ve hardstarted my console, reset my router, fublemed with network settings, and have yielded zero results.
I have already emailed them, and of course as many of you probably know you get the automated response that reads…
“Thank you for contacting Turn 10 Studios. Due to the volume of mail we receive, we cannot individually respond to all e-mails sent to us.”
Personally, I feel that this basically says we dont really care because too many people email us.
So, have i been banned? I havent played this game in about a month if not longer so i dont understand why that would be if that is the case.
It won’t let me use anything.
The regular hooper, leagues, rivals, it won’t even show anything in the storefront. Anything dealing with multiplayer is down.
At first i thought is was my internet but all my other games work fine.
If it is a ban (you had one back in January 27, 2016, for unsportsmanlike conduct in online races, you would receive an in-game message with a timing clock which counts down from (2nd ban = 30 days or 720 hours from the time placed). That would be visible in your message section.
Otherwise, you wrote the right place since you received the automated email in response. Have patience. It takes time to prioritize, investigate - perhaps even assigning someone with server rights - to investigate before they can respond.
Hopefully they don’t read your insulting comments in this thread.
