Event Lab issues (again!)

I can’t play any event lab things in the playlist, can’t access the forzathon shop and I can’t connect to super 7.

I can’t share or unshare liveries and tunes either.

I can still play online, I just can’t connect to event lab etc.

It keeps saying FH5 server is down but it isn’t :woman_shrugging:t3:

It’s since the new playlist yesterday. I submitted a ticket but the response was extremely unhelpful. I selected I’m playing on an Xbox S and they gave me advice for Windows connection issues :woman_facepalming:t3:

Have you tried a hard reset? Shut down via the console on/off switch, then disconnect the power cable for more than two minutes. It clears the memory cache and forces the console to start fresh, so normally fixes a lot of problems.
