Error Playing Game

I have a issue that I have spoken to Xbox Support about. I have digitally bought the game and when i try to load it i get a error message to clean the disc and restart the console. Even though the game is downloaded not on disc. I have spoken to Xbox Support and they have asked me to speak to Forza Developers or Support does anyone know how too?

Which game have you bought (FM5, FH2 etc), and which console are you on (XBO or XB360)?

If you’re on the XBO then the first thing to try is a complete power off reset: Xbox Support
