Enable/Disable HUD

I appeal to the TURN10, if of course they read this forum. Please make it possible to quickly enable/disable the HUD during a race (as is done in some other games). This will allow us to enjoy a beautiful picture, but at the same time, if necessary, we will always have access to changing times, laps, penalties, tire consumption, etc. with one click. Thank you.

Great suggestion! Project CARS 3 had such function (to show and hide the entire HUD with one button) and it was very, very useful

That will help so we can see what gear we need to be in to match the game on the practice hot laps.

This is a good suggestion.

Also the option to make the HUD transparent would be useful to avoid image burn-in.

I like to play without clutter on the screen.

If you manually turn off all the stuff filling the screen, there is no easy way to see your placement, number of laps driven/left and lap times.
You can see your tirewear and fuel levels, by using the d-pad down screen. There should also be a tab with the above mentioned.

Hello,

I would like to propose the addition of a feature that allows users to quickly and easily remove the HUD (heads-up display) while in a race. This would be beneficial for users who want to enjoy the race without the distraction of the HUD, but who also want to be able to quickly re-enable it if needed.

Currently, users must go into the settings menu and manually disable the HUD, which is not ideal for quick and easy use. The proposed feature would allow users to toggle the HUD on and off with a single button press, making it much more convenient.

Thank you for your consideration.

Great idea!

100% agree

Let us bind a key to hide/show hud during driving

PLEASE add such possibility to bind a button on a wheel to toggle HUD on/off.

This is a great idea to have available to us players. It can be an easy link to the “Change View Button” (hold in to toggle on and off)

Just bumping this idea.

Also, given all the telemetry you can bring up when testing tunes, being able to customise the HUD with telemetry information would be amazing

Suggestion: Immersive Mode Shortcut

Feature Request: Add a shortcut key to toggle Immersive Mode, hiding all HUD elements for a clean, cinematic driving experience.

Description

Currently, players can achieve an immersive, HUD-free experience by manually disabling various UI elements under Settings > Gameplay & HUD (e.g., Lap Time, Position, Score, Pit Stops, Speedometer, Map, Track Limits). However, this is a tedious process, especially when players may want to toggle the HUD back on occasionally—just like how telemetry is quickly accessible via the down-arrow shortcut.

A dedicated shortcut (e.g., up-arrow) to instantly hide or show all HUD elements would greatly enhance immersion while driving.

Proposed Functionality

• Shortcut Key (e.g., Up-Arrow): Toggles between full HUD visibility and a completely clean screen.

• HUD-Free Mode: Disables all UI elements, providing a cinematic, video-like driving experience.

• Quick Toggle: Instantly restores the HUD when needed, without navigating through multiple menu options.

Benefits

:white_check_mark: Enhances immersion by letting players fully appreciate Forza Motorsport’s stunning graphics.

:white_check_mark: Convenience—removes the need to repeatedly adjust multiple HUD settings manually.

:white_check_mark: Easy implementation —likely a minor change but a big quality-of-life improvement .

Final Thoughts:

This feature would be a small but impactful improvement to the gameplay experience, allowing players to enjoy the game’s visuals without distraction while keeping the HUD accessible when needed. Would love to see this added!
