After installing the latest Xbox Forza 7 update and fixing the VIP rewards (thank you), my game now suffers from serious frame rate and sound issues.
Neither of these issues were present prior to the latest patch.
I’m glad to see I’m not the only one experiencing this! It’s some new type of problem going on. This patch made it worse for me!
