Nope. You had to do Quests 3, 4 and 5 while the broadcast was live on Saturday. Now you can only do quests 1 and 2.

if you look in the driver gear in the game it shows you all the locked ones you don’t have if you scroll to the bottom.

In addition to what ScoobsMcGee82 just added, be aware that the Exclusive driver gear, such as Gears of War, Taco Bell, Doritos, etc do not show up as locked in the list. They only appear once you have redeemed the special code, then the show up in the appropriate list as unlocked.

Opened 21 driver gear crates in a row just now and not a single piece of driver gear I didn’t already have. This is ridiculous.
