add 24 drivatars on split screen mode

Agreed. Split screen could use some CPU drivers. I don’t like too much of a crowd so I doubt I’d ever use 22, but having at least 2 additional drivatars would be nice. I’m pretty sure we had this in Forza Motorsport 4 back on X360
