I was really looking forward to drift online, but there is no drift lobby!

seems like you have to make private lobbys with friends to drift online sadly, was hoping to see drift as a multiplayer option aswell. not only racing.
Will more than likely come when the game is out for everyone on Tuesday, I remember MP options being pretty slim for FM6 for early release people.

crossing my fingers for this ! i dont have that much friends that likes car games so it will be way better if u can just go on multiplayer then hit the drift tab and then get in a lobby with full of drifters

This is a huge slap in the face. The only car I drive is locked by a superfluous ownership tier and now the only mode I ever play doesn’t even exist. This is the last time I pay $100 for this BS. I’m straight up angry right now

Same to be honest, but I am hoping that T10 do update the playlists and add more functions for drifters.

I wish we could hear from someone at turn 10 about this. I’d be enjoying the game a lot more if I knew that the drift lobbies are, at the very least, just not added yet. As opposed to getting irate and severely disappointed every race I drive knowing that drift competition won’t be an option for these gorgeous tracks.
It feels like wishful thinking but there’s a logical side of me that’s trying to convince me drift hoppers will still be added cuz seriosly, 5 different options as opposed to the dozens of lobby options that have been present in previous games. That’d be totally pathetic on an entirely different scale than the mere fact awd unlimited drift (one mere option) is missing. Where are all the other modes too?
Microsoft often sends me surveys to take part in. They’ll definitely be hearing from me about this crap next survey I get which should be soon because I just agreed to do one per week for some period of time.
While on the subject. I’ve successfully set up decent private drift matches the last couple of evenings. ranging between 3 and 6 players so far. The more the merrier. Pm me if anyone cares to join. Where is the drift lobby honestly i was expecting this game to be great but it isn’t. So many bad feature’s last i will spend $100 on a game.

Title. This is unacceptable and ruins the game. I drift and tandem more than I do anything, racing is so boring and people can’t cleanly race online. Wheel drivers dominate controller drivers and novice drivers ram into your car, still unpenalized. Whats good, 4real.

Had some epic private matches today from hella people hitting me up on here. We were 11 strong at one point. Msg me AndroudAutobaht. I’ll add anyone who drifts. Also look to the xbox group “forza 7 drift”
Feeling the pain folks, i need to drift, its all i do so this was a rather expensive waste. For no if anyone wants to add me i would greatly appreciate some people to drift with. GT : ReNeGoOcH

Where are the drift lobbies? You can’t even tune a car for the drift rivals, only rentals.
We should all learn a lesson from this… T10 haven’t released a decent game since Forza 4. Every release they have neglected drifters and dragsters. This game isn’t even finished yet and we still have to pay full price? T10 are just getting worse and worse and scummy to say the least. Also why have achievements like ‘make 50k from tuning sales and designs’ when even if I made one of the best tunes or designs it wouldn’t be able to compete with the terrible tunes and designs in the recommended section just because people got the game earlier and ended up having the only designs and tunes on there… bring back the storefront. Bring back gifting. If I want to gift my mate a design I should be allowed… complete backwards assed game.

Why is there no online drift hopper lobbies? Been away the day after the ultimate edition release, there was no online drifting lobbies then which was fine, cause I figured the game just came out and they will add it in a couple of days later. It’s been 6 days…and still NOTHING.
Gotta hope they actually open up multiplayer before even hoping for this… It’s a joke.
Dang didn’t expect this. I made a decision when 5 came out that if there were no public custom lobbies wouldn’t be picking up another Forza game(haven’t regretted that decision) but man they completely removed drift lobbies?
