I have a few fast builds that when I can keep them straight run good times, the problem is they pull hard left at launch, how can I prevent this in my tunes?
I would suggest adjusting the diff but I haven’t really done any drag tuning in this game yet.
A +1 on Rabbit’s input. You can also try reducing some of it with the 1st gear setting, and, ensure good control of the controller. I now at times I have a tendency to leave it a little lose at take-off and/or do not have the knob straight.
You can’t really tune it out, you just need to hold the stick to the right a little bit (change the amount depending on the car) so it counteracts it.
this…most of my high powered cars pull left on a hard launch (and heaven forbid I go wheels up) just have to counter act it with a lil stick work!
Wouldn’t adjusting you’re cars rebound help? Maybe loosening the front so the roll bars arn’t under such strain.
Though I imagine camber might play a part.
Though I am new to tunes, that’s where I would look.
No, even if that did work (which is doesn’t) you’d be losing a solid amount of time, the difference between the fastest car, and the 2nd fastest, is the suspension setup. Changing it to launch straight, would be a waste of potential seeing as you can simply hold the stick to the right a little bit.
