Downloading Game From Xbox One Marketplace

Hey Guys,
I have a little bit of a issue and nobody seems to have an answer to, I was on the phone with xbox support for about 2 two hours and they have no idea. So that being said, I bought Forza Motorsport 6, the ultimate edition. The problem lies where I would download it and every single time it would get to 20%, and stop. I’ve tried everything, reinstalling it, power cycling the xbox, making I had enough room on the xbox itself, and more. It always stops at 20% and I have no idea why, and I paid the extra money to get the game a little early but it seems like I won’t actually be able to play for a while. If anybody has any suggestions, please let me know.

Sorry to hear This is what happens ever time they do this with some getting it and others later Hell if you get it now still can get DLC to work right and cant share nothing this game has been all over the net with Preview full game all over twitch crazy I bought the Deluxe copy seen this coming all the time just open it up early for all
