Hi, I started downloading Forza Apex yesterday but the game is not downloading above 0.1 Gb
I’ve tried to cancel and restart the download, every time it downloads 0.1 gb and then stays there for some reason.
Other windows store apps and downloading fine. Issue is only with this app.
My OS ia always up to date and PC meets minimum requirements. I have over 100 gb free disk space.
Some troubleshooting advice will be helpful.

man listen,i like many have done all that checked dx etc…everything else works perfectly but this download,i did the store reset thing so gonna try that will get back to you
the game finally downloaded an installed but guess what, error code 0x00000005,so it says reinstall, i hit the reinstall button an the windows store dissapears lol, this is so crappy an im really startign to not even want to play this game,my system is stable on everything but this so i dont have a system problem, def dx12,gtx970 g1 videocard,nvidia 365.19 drivers,8gb of ram,i7 3770k cpu and plenty of harddrive space
oh let me add build 14342 before i get asked that question,this is def one of the worst game/app installs ever smh
edit: ive done all the steps cleared the cache ,made sure all the xbox live services were running etc,now when i click on the forza apex on the windows store it starts to load an the store dissapears lol this is a joke good one microshaft screw you an this game
edit2: now the store says its installed then dissapears,enough taking this crap off my machine,off to better racing games lol
pretty weird but if you have readyboost on disable it an the game works fine,with readyboost on the game wont run lol you would think games would work with microsofts own tech lol
I got the same problem, how did you guys get this damn thing to eventually download? I can download every single other app on the store with no problem, they don’t get stuck, but this one just won’t freaking go. I left my PC on overnight 2 times already and it doesnt go past 1.66 GB, it gets stuck there. Other times it will get stuck at 0.1 GB. It goes very fast to 1.66gb but then it halts.

I probably tried more stuff too. It just doesn’t freaking download. I own Forza 6 ln the Xbox, but I got a pretty good system and I wanted to see how it ran here. How can a company like Microsoft make such a buggy, crappy installer? If they want this play anywhere thing to go anywhere, they need to pay way more attention to the windows store. This thing is buggy as hell, why not do something like steam which actually works?
try plugging controller in? seems like it checks for that
