Download quits after a second

I can click the download link it even says I own it, but after a second I get an error message that says to try again. Which doesn’t work.
I’ve tried checking/repairing the Windows Store manifest, WSReset and all the other things i’ve been directed to nothing works. This is also why I still can’t play Quantum break on PC. It’s stuff like this that will kill off these initiatives before they start. I’ve been chasing this issue for a while with various apps but windows store just doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous. Every other online store runs fine, but windows store assigns me a license then refuses to install. Every single time.
I know you’re gonna say this a microsoft issue and to contact them, but for any others with this issue don’t waste your time, they’ve offered me numerous “Fixes” ever since win 10 beta not one of which has worked.
Just another Forza related disappointment when you guys were actually trying to make things better, and it’s fallen at the first hurdle…

Try turning off Windows Firewall

Done all that. I literally got to the point where i was running without ANY security, all other Digital stores disabled, other HDD’s and SSD’s disabled. Reset store, wiped store cache, logged into a temp account.
Someone has just helped me get it going but it will only be a temp install as it’s not installing to the right drive, and it takes up too much room on this drive. Shouldn’t be this hard.

Oh and it’s the slowest download i’ve ever had on this 100+mb connection. All windows store downloads when they do work are agonisingly slow. I can download Crysis 3 or Mad Max in an hour or two, this has been going for well over an hour and isn’t anywhere near completion.
They really need to streamline and speed things up. There’s no telling it will even work with all the trouble i’ve had so far, so I may be doing all this for nothing, and my new Skylake build will go back to playing Max Payne 3 and Mad Max on Steam cos that just works.

There must be an issue somewhere although hard to point out where. I have no issues with Windows Store or other Microsoft-related downloads. Apex came in at a steady 200Mbps (or about 25MB/s) yesterday. Downloads from Technet (like ISO-files) I get a minimum of 50Mbps easily.

Usually my donloads fly by, but this is draaagggiiinnngg on. I’ve had nothing but problems with Windows Store since the beta like I said and it’s never been fixed. Every once in a while it seems to work, and little apps like Forza Hub or Mahjongg are fine, but anything bigger refuses to work. lol

I once had a Windows Store problem, and this program from tweaking.com called Windows Repair All In One was able to fix the store issues.
