Does the weather affect road conditions during winter season?

I’m asking since I can get different weather running the same horizon presents race, more specifically how they affect roads on street/road races. So far, I’ve seen 3 visibly different weather during winter,

  1. Clear windscreen.
  2. Visibly snowing, snow on windscreen, wipers moving.
  3. No visible snowing, snow on windscreen, wipers not moving.

if ya gonna look to even more details ( im a freeroam freak and explore every little corner ) you find out that there is even much much MUCH more going on ( hope this will be the same for spring and summer )

Hmm… that doesn’t answer my question. I’m asking because there seems to be a difference but it’s so slight I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect or there may not be a difference at all since the roads are already iced over.

You do feel there’s a difference in handling, specifically in traction.
