I’m using an xbox one elite controller currently but sick of the build quality of this thing. The left d-pad button is so inconsistent and sometimes accounts for 2 or more clicks when I only push it once. Also the thumbsticks are very loose.
I was thinking of trying out a PS4 controller, but does it have individual vibration with the triggers for when losing traction and when the ABS kicks in? I love this aspect of the xbone controllers but not the quality of the controllers themselves. Also, I’m on PC if that makes any difference.
Also this game has a problem with recognising 1 push as 1 push. In the paint editor it is wildly inconsistent for example, often giving two pushes for the price of one. So it may not be your controller, but the game itself.
Yeah I thought it was the game when I first got my elite controller but it turns out it’s definitely a controller issue because it does it with every other game. Only with the left d-pad too which is strange and annoying. The rest of the d-pad is inconsistent when you press the button but at least it doesn’t account for 2-5 presses.
