Does the BoP affect the cars even in free play or just multiplayer?

Just multiplayer. Would be nice to be able to apply BoP in freeplay and private multiplayer.

It never made sense to me to apply BoP for multiplayer only. If the cars in a division are out of balance, they’re out of balance everywhere, not just in multiplayer.
