Before I start, I know and totally understand that there will be n00bs in online lobbies, this isn’t about the obviously new players.
My problem comes from all the average to highly skilled players simply ramming others to overtake, wantonly causing destruction when there’s plenty room to pass cleanly.
the problem seems to have gotten worse in the latest (FM5/FM6) games and I’m wondering where all the good clean racers have gone?
Now I’ve been in teams, ran race nights for years with some success but with the removal of teams in FM5 and FM6 there seems to be a much larger number of loners just itching to troll lobbies with little to no consequence ruining the enjoyment for everyone else.
Are there any UK based or english speaking teams still going in FM6 or any players who like racing as a group in the public lobbies anymore?
This topic comes up time and time again. I’ve looked through the forum and found every release has this problem. Perhaps it is worse in FM6 but it has always been there. But like you I am UK based and would love to hook up in a team or organised event. You could try the racers lounge - that’s where I’m headed now.

It’s definitely worse in F6. There are way too many newcomers and many of them are also younger than most of the crowd that used to play F2-F4.
I ended up throwing F5 in the trash after a month of getting crashed every raced.
Now I keep a list of gamertags taped to the side of my TV that will never get another clean race from me again. These are [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D] that intentionally take me out after making a clean pass simply because they didn’t like losing their 1st - 4th position.
[Mod Edit - D] is one that was added today [Mod Edit - D]. Deliberate…non-accidental…intentional…ill-willed…3 consecutive races after I passed him, with HUGE gaps between us, to take first.
I wouldn’t mind racing with you, you seem like a nice guy. The only piece of advice I have for you is to go into “ABC’S” lobbies as they tend to have less rammers.
I hear you about the ramming and dirty drivers I’m fed up with it already. The last time I really raced online was FM3 for VWAG and you always got one idiot in a public lobby who woukd just smash everyone.
I’m always looking for people to race with cleanly so if yiu see me online or if your running a private race lobby etc give me a shout.
Miss the good old race nights and race series such as btcc, clip cup, dtm and most of all tracks such as good old maple and sunset…
On another note has anyone noticed in league racing when your in pinnacle you can hardly ever get a race what’s that all about… you get pit into a class but can’t even get a race… C’mon t10 sort it out…

All sorts of skill are around, so always someone to race against, slow or fast.
We run a btcc champ and support race on a wed night at about half 7 GMT and this Friday we are Starting another btcc champ with three 15min races,
we are also always online or have someone online always having a laugh and joke while testing and really trying to bring the community back to forza 6 with the arm chair racing fan to real race drivers who join us to even a couple of marshalls which always makes for a fun night,

Private lobbies are best for clean racing now days… I haven’t ran in a public lobby since beginning of F4 with exception of leagues. Most of my racing now is within our club where drivers are respectable and strive for clean racing… With no first corner pile ups etc. it makes racing a pleasure really!
