Does anyone know Japanese?

That may sound like a stupid question but I’m trying to do a paint job that has Japanese characters in it. I want to make sure my characters are correct. There seems to be some variation in how the characters can be written.

I have created a vinyl group named Utsunomiya. I think I have the characters right. Could someone check it out for me?

In case anyone wanted to know what Utsunomiya is, it is the capital of the Tochigi prefecture.

On google there’s two variations, one for the city itself and another [more characters] for the greater region with exactly the same name. So would depend on if it’s the city or the region. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the replies.

I need to clarify what I was looking for. I want the kanji characters and not the hiragana characters. When written in the hiragana characters the name is usually longer. When you look at a map, the name of the city usually has city tacked on the end. I know there is a district in the Tochigi prefecture named Utsunomiya. That may be the version with the extra characters because I would suspect district would be added to the end. I don’t know the Japanese word that would be used for district.

I think I may be figuring out why I get different styles for the same characters. There is the hand written version which varies. Look at how hand writing varies in English. I don’t want this, I want the printed characters. I think there may be different fonts for the kanji characters like there are different fonts for the roman characters we use. I have checked out the characters on the city’s website and on the University of Utsunomiya’s website. They are similar but are a bit different.

I am sure I have characters that are near right, if not right. I just want someone who knows a little about Japanese to verify that what I did was correct. I guess I don’t want to insult anybody or accidentally write something offensive.
