I’m disappointed in the fact that they give trash requests in the festival playlist. “Spoilt for choice” is complete rubbish and definitely worth more than 2 points because:
Horizon open:-
takes years to load.
When it loads it’s in the open waiting list for years just to change the requirements.
Having to win a race against other players taking tuning very seriously sucks…
I feel like they don’t want anyone to get the “Min meet max” achievement… Even considering uninstalling because every series they either release quests that are broken/bugged/impossible.
Not to mention that wheelspins are complete garbage.
I raced Ek Balam last night to get the daily out of the way and that disappearing ground texture at the top after you jump across the water was still there.
They’ve been very consistent with making it harder for players to earn credits but what substantial improvements have they made? They don’t care at all.
I have a picture on my creative hub where I jumped off the top of 1 of the big hills on the outskirts of Mulegé and half the ground became completely unrendered, it makes it look more like a game not even in alpha state.
Just had to say this: Today’s Forzathon Daily “Complete a Chaos event” seems to have solved the empty Forzathons as there were at least 10 other people with me in the one I did!!
Likewise had several in Arcade, first time in ages, and it was fun, everyone had a blast and high fiving after with Forza Links. But it’s going to be very short lived and only because so many needed it today for the Min Meet Max. I expect Series 4 to be a ghost town. Well done FH5.
It feels way better was “flying” over the map for 1h or whatever and there is “always” people around…
The minimap needs some time to update but using fullmap updates faster.
Somehow the playerlist in menu doesn’t match with the ppl around you but not an big deal atm. But it needs some report function now. Some ppl have strange names…
To be fair it’s crazy how quickly I’ve amassed nearly every car. I’ve done it by buying less than 250 so I do think there needed to be something done there.
The constant focusing on the WRONG “improvements” are really grinding my gears. I’ve never used any AFK exploits at all. I am constantly hooning my Hoonicorn V2 for skill points, so “rebalancing” mastery trees and nerfing wheelspins is beyond ridiculous. I have almost every car, just missing some from the autoshow that I can easily afford to buy. I personally am struggling to see a reason to continue to play outside the playlist.
There was a thread on this forum a few weeks ago pondering will people exit when Gran Turismo 7 arrives? I scoffed at first and I thought no way would I leave. Well, I finally got a PS5 and I pre-ordered Gran Turismo 7.
This game will have to change very quickly to get me to stay.
Devs, take that for what its worth. I’ve been one of the most loyal Forza players there is, and I’m getting tired.
Today I got 4000 skill points back because they play around with the car mastery trees again. Do they think it is fun to search the cars where the skill points where taken from? I have 752 cars in the garage, where should I start? Than the Ford GT Promo horror, two Porsche 911 back into the game that almost look identically for this season, the second VW Golf R 7th generation with only a very decent facelift…
I hope they do more stuff that gives reason for more people to do this. The one I just did was fun and almost felt like a #Forzathon live for a moment. I was also able to 100% this series

Yeah, my disappointment came through. Sure it was fun, a brief and rare moment of late in the game, and bittersweet because I had anticipated it. Sorry for raining on the parade with the reality check. Maybe I’m wrong and Series 4 will be Game of the Year material. Maybe I’ll even be there to see it happen. I’d like nothing more than that.
I subscribed to Gold for years before Gamepass was a thing, it literally costs me £3 a month more and I get access to a massive library of games. I sometimes spend more than that buying a sandwich and a packet of crisps for lunch. For me it was a no brainer to swap. Plus the rewards scheme means I generally get 3/ 6 months of that free in each 12 month cycle.
