Not much to be honest, got all the potentially difficult/boring accolades done early while the new game novelty was still present.
Picking out anything specifically will likely be tough for anyone who’s been playing since the start though, I like to think I have a reasonably good memory and I can’t remember anything I did beyond picking the Supra after the intro.

I deleted a few really popular novelty tunes and liveries from 2021 that I wish I only unshared
edit: I guess I had to, we been playing for so long I forgot about the 500 save file limit

I wish I had not bought the expansions.
Only thing I regret was buying the map showing all collectable items. It was not available in the prelaunch week for VIP users so I had to find everything on my own.
As the map would finally reveal any secrets hidden on the map there was nothing left to reveal. So it was pretty much useless.
Oh and I would give me more time to play the game - I just rushed trought the game in three days and all the racing, adventures, stunts, collectible were done - only discovering all roads need a bit longer (early access started on a thursday and on sunday I discovered the last missing road - one part of the eastside beach area…)
I’d do the weekly seasonals properly.
Didn’t get into them really for the first year so missed a lot of cars
