I got to 50% completion of the festival playlist and got the notification that the 599XX was added to my garage but it is not in my garage when I go to look.
Look again, it is listed as 599 XX Evo, not 599 xx e

Yea I know it’s not there I only have the normal 599XX the Evo is no where to be seen
When you visited the festival list did you get presented with the 50% completion screen?
If you haven’t done much more than 50% you could switch off your internet connection and load the game, drive around for a minute. Once done turn on the connection and reload the game. {Make sure you quit the game}. This may reduce your % back below the 50% requirement so you can technically try reaching the 50% requirement again which will hopefully allow you to acquire the car.
NOTE you can’t use the above technique to earn the car again if you’ve already acquired it previously. Also warning using this method may reduce your monthly % so use with caution. It will definitely clear your FP weekly and daily challenges (hence how it lowers the % back down).
I got the 50% completion and everything then when I backed out it said the Ferrari 599XX Evo was added to you garage but it is not there.
In this case I’d raise a support ticket explaining what’s occured. If its stated you’ve got it, then doing the above technique won’t help you.
EDIT:
You could check by sorting by championship and look under “Track Toys” just to be certain your not passing it by on default layout.
