today I completed super high stakes 7 event and recived a backstage pass which I used to unlock a ferrari 599XX Evo(backstage pass version) i painted it with a skin called racer WT and then left the festival then i re-eneterd it and planned to sell of my ferrari 599XX(normal one which you get from the autoshow) when i clicked on start auction the entire game froze and then crashed when I restarted the game my progress was reset to right after I completed the super high stakes 7 i recived the 3 normal wheelspins and one super wheelspin and also a hummer H1 alpha but when i checked on my ferrari 599XX Evo it was gone from my garage plus when i checked on my backstage pass that too was also gone so there was no way to reclaim it.(freezing has happend sometimes but this was the first time ever that it occurred druing an auction). has this happened to anyone and does anyone have any Idea how long will the support take to respond?? i have already made a support ticket it has been 1 day since then and haven’t received any response.
yeah the issue got resolved and i got my car back but it was from a different ticket I made regarding corrupted save. so i guess if anyone faces this in the future make sure to report it as a corrupted save and then if you want the crashes to be resolved just put it up in crash reports
and also for the ferrari 599XX icon bug just reapply the camouflage or paint again and then it will be fixed.
