Hey, I have contacted support, but curious to know if anyone else has had this happen. Or if anyone knows whats going on or even knows a fix.
Yesterday I bid over 11 million credits on a #88 Ford Mustang RTR in the auction house, later I got a message someone bid over me. When I looked at the auction again it said winning bid 0, and no names were at the current highest bidder, I could not bid any more and the auction ended shortly after. Went to retrieve my bidded credits, but could not and still can’t retrieve anything. In the My Bids menu the car is still there and it still says auction complete and winning bid 0. There are no winner names and when I press Auction Options I can either View Seller or View Tuner. Thats it, Sent the seller a message today and he replied with that his game crashed when the auction ended, and that the car did not sell, also that it took forever for him to retrieve his car. So now im out over 11 million of my credits and with no car to show for.
Does anyone know anything, also has anyone gotten actual credits or progress back in game that has been lost from contacting support? Thanks in advance.
