Hi everyone,
Title is pretty self explanatory. I checked everywhere (multiple times) from my “Messages”, “My Cars”, “Find a Car” and the gift is nowhere to be found. I’m VIP player so I know how to redeem a gift but as for this car, it just never was sent to my account.
What should I do next?
…oh and please, please don’t tell me this is a time limited thing. I paid 120$CAD for the game, I should be able to get every single cars without having to log every 24 hours or so.

I too did not get any indication of a download from a message or anything. I was about to get the car pass when I realized I couldn’t access my 10 year car pack cars for free and now this… I guess I probably won’t have access to DLC until they fix whatever kinks they have in the system.
have you properly hard reset your console since redeeming your codes
try that…and the cars should appear in the free cars section of “find a car”
Turn 10, everybody here love your game and paid the [high] price for it. I don’t think it’s normal for a consumer to pay over 100$ and not receive their content the way they should. The least you could do is showing off some good will and get back to us on that issue. This is Forza 6 official support forum and we need support.
I want the truck too, watched videos, Forza Hub, reset xbox, nothing.
I think its got to do with not blocking everyone ?
i think you could be right , i remember reading something about some privacy settings stop gifts being sent

I also didn’t receive it, and I have pretty open privacy settings. No reason I shouldn’t have it. Tried resetting and looking in all the usual places, tried watching the video in the hub, etc. Nothing.
Come on Turn 10 we want answers

I didn’t receive mine either, but no worries Turn 10 I’m just a long time customer since FM1. I’m already done with FM 5, online is unplayable, career mode is unenjoyable for me, and I’ve built a few hundred cars that I love. I don’t need the F-100 I’ve got Fallout 4!
i havent recived it yet neither, also i did not recived my ford gt for playing the demo , could anyone help me with that if you have a solution send a private messege please!! i hope somebody could help me because microsoft didnt do anything to help me
