Did they keep the motion blur and camera shake in the final release?

I’m looking to pick up a racing game on my new One X, and remember Forza never really feeling like I was in a real car going 200mph. I know a lot of people I searched complained about the demo giving them motion sickness (which is good to me means they must of been feeling the effects of motion) , but hoping they didn’t take those complaints and remove it entirely. Hoping they kept the option in for everyone that gets sick of course.

Thanks so much for any information you can give me on this!

If anyone wants to talk about that I’m just copy/paste from another discussion of FH4 which he’s saying has it.

Too funny! That’s what sold me on the game. I was wondering why everything (for once) finally felt like I was actually travelling at speed! I mean it wasn’t as much as I’d like as I didn’t notice it lol but That must be it. NFS Shift was the last game that had shake and blur. Things that would really happen if you went that fast. Finally!
I’m so happy so don’t complain  But an option for you would be nice I suppose. Not sure why people expect/want crisp details & stable screen travelling at 150mph. But I think your in the majority cuz most racing games don’t have it. And don’t give much of any feeling of speed.

Possibly there is in cockpit view…I use chase cam. One thing I do really like though is that when you hit big speeds you do get the edges of the screen close in subtly, giving a nice indication that you really are shifting.

In the HUD Options, there is an option for Motion Effects with choices of Off, Normal, and Simulation. I’m not entirely sure what the difference between Normal and Simulation is, but the shaking is definitely present, as well as subtle swaying under heavy cornering, braking, and accel.
