Not the first time I’ve had this issue, as the GT4RS was never added to my garage either, but the M4 GT3 was never awarded to me or added to my garage after completing the 10 required races in the BMW Challenge series. I go onto the challenge hub and it says completed, but I have no car to show for it. Is this a known issue?
Does your in-game Challenge Hub not display the countdown beneath the reward car indicating when it will be unlocked?

There shouldn’t be a timer to be given the reward if the player has finished the challenge to unlock it. That’s the issue with Forza doing the challenge hub (and playlist in horizon). You want player retention give them the cars and tracks they want. It’s bad enough in the games almost 1.5 years only 4 modern racing cars have been added. Even the DPi category is missing the Mazda and Nissan.

You reported this in the Troubleshooting Hub as if it’s a bug, and you asked if it’s a known issue.
It’s working as designed - and it’s designed in a way that many do not like.
