Designs that Cost Credits

Why do some designs cost Credits? Most are free to install but some cost alot of credits.

You can do that on 360? First active aero P1 and now this haha. They really do have it good on the 360

Yea its based on FH1 so they are lucky in terms of getting designs for sure; and dont forget the Hurcan correct speedo xD
