Design Storefront "ban" (corrupted save file)

Hey guys,

Last monday I bought some car packs and the season pass for Forza Horizon through the BC, but, as I found out later, the T10 servers were very unstable and I couldn’t access it again to claim the rest of the content. I went on and finished the game while trying to reach out for support with the Xbox Support guys on Twitter for a refund or something. The attendant instructed me to clear the 360 cache on the Xbox One and, after I completed the game 100%, I went to do that in order to fix the marketplace error.

Problem is: it just didn’t fix the problem (because, as I’ve said, I found out later that it was related to the servers and not my account) but ALSO made me lost 3 hours of progress. The attendant then turned to me and instructed me to do another step: deleting my account from the Xbox One and signin-in again (I have the screenshots of the conversation, including the part where I express my concern of losing progress). That didn’t work too. An update went live tuesday morning, the marketplace thing was fixed, BUT I went on to discover that, for no apparent reason, my account has been flagged by an anti-cheat thing and now I can’t access the design storefront. Here’s the message that I get:

“Your gamer profile has been flagged by anti-cheat mechanisms. You will no longer be allowed to use this gamer profile with the auction houses or other Turn10 server features”.

I just got two designs, one for the Peugeot 205 T16 (the Group B rally) and another one for the Aston Martin Zagato (the matte Le Mans inspired one). So what have I done? The only thing that I can figure out is that the cache clearing process corrupted the local save file and when it synced with the T10 server, the anti-cheat mechanism interpreted as if I was trying to push an altered or backed up save file, which was absolutely not the case.

I have my packs, I have my content, but I’m “banned” for absolutely no reason, since I haven’t played online and haven’t done anything unusual, just played the story mode. So what can I do now? I’ve contacted Microsoft multiple times and sent the e-mail to forzafb, but I have no hope at all that they will see it since the launch of Forza Horizon 3 is at the door and they must be going nuts over there.
