Hello,
I am relatively new to Horizon racing and mainly created artwork for other players that had the game before I ever started using the game for racing myself. I was happy to see I could post my designs at the design storefront for other players to purchase or share to get some feedback on the artwork but for some reason, when I tried to remove any of the old designs, upon entering the remove command, the game would lag out and the horizon server message would appear reading that the design storefront was unavailable and to please try again later. I tried later, again and again and again. No success, same message from server. One player told me that my profile for the game was corrupt and that I needed to delete my profile. I tried that and now everything is lost, except my old designs on the storefront which…still cannot be removed.
If no one has any answers to this question, or if no support tech can assist in the possible restoral of my account from the server as many many other games offer in situations like this one where it is the direct result of user error/file deletion, then I would simply like this post to be filed as a complaint to the developers for not debugging the design storefront system.
