Hi guys!
This years marks the 30th Anniversary of Back to the Future. Does anyone know if The Forza Team is planning to realease and expansion based on the movie? As a life-long BTTF fan I would love to drive the DeLorean, especially if Turn10 releases a standalone expansion featuring Hill Valley! And flying cars! They could add the terrorists’ van and the black pick-up!
Turn10 Studios and Microsof Studios, please release the expansion!

Doubtful. Any possible connection between Forza and the Back to the Future brand does not appear to be all that strong. Even the Autovista voiceover for the Delorean in Forza Motorsport 4 was strangely scrapped following a title update … possibly because of an unauthorized reference to the movie (among other things).
Also, from what I can tell, Universal Pictures gave the film a celebration at the quarter-century mark. Not that there is anything wrong with turning 30 (I did so last year), it just isn’t a milestone moment for the movie industry like it is at 25, 50, and 100 years. A Kickstarter campaign is, however, being lead independently by director (unrelated to the original films) Jason Aron. That’s all I could find.
I’d say: don’t hold your breath.
I don’t think Turn 10 Studios will make one. The Delorean may be very famous and owned by Universal Pictures, but I don’t think they’ll try to make the special effects once the car drives up to 88 MPH. Still, one can always hope, can they?
