Are you talking about all the menus and the map.
So you would like the game to not be so bright when playing during night hours?? Kinda like a persons phone that dims the screen during night hours??
Or maybe he wants the screen to be brighter in the night section of the game? If so have you tried making the room you playing in darker 
In elden ring a stay away from caves when its light outside in the real world or i would never find my way out again 
Whenever Solo is night, Life should be day and vice versa. Gives people the opportunity to continue to their PR runs unimpeded by the onset of nighttime - which is something that certainly irritates me anyway.
