A common issue with eventlab is dealing with overlapping props. Players often don’t know what they are selecting, especially as some props have larger bounding boxes than their visuals suggest. (In this instance the telephone pole was selected despite the cursor not being near it)
This often leads to props getting buried under one another, even if it seems like they are selectable. The player sometimes needs to “dig out” a prop by moving other props around it until it’s selectable. A possible solution to both is to implement a highlight for what prop will be selected and a way to cycle between props under the cursor (possibly with the D-pad).
(This is just an example. Showing the entire prop while highlighted may be more useful)
