I have a problem with the game. I play on PlayStation 5. When I go to the online section and go to the SOCIAL menu, the friends list section is empty
I asked some of my friends and apparently some of them have this problem too.
My friend and I both just bought the premium edition. I’m on ps5, he’s on pc. My friend’s list has nobody on it, not even playstation friends. We both just wasted $100 on a game we can’t even play together. For the love of god, add an in-game player search and the option to add friends in game. This is ridiculous.
You should send a ticket to support regarding this issue of your PlayStation friends not being able to play the game. This way, they can tell you about your problem so that they can fix these problems in future updates.
I have a Xbox series x and I am trying to play with my friends on PlayStation but my Xbox doesn’t have a option for me to enable cross play or social so I don’t know what to do I have already seen if I need to update the gam but I do not but I still can play cross platform
I’ve been having the same issues. I CAN join either of my mates but neither of them can join the other. We’re all on ps5. Both of them can see their PS friends but I’m the only one who can’t and can only see Microsoft friends. We’ve all activated cross play, and made sure our games have the same or similar settings to work better but this issue is making my head itch with how it’s suppose to work. I don’t understand adding PS friends and their Microsoft account if we can’t join each other. The worst part is the PS invite adds us all to a group session yet we can’t all join the same convoy in game.
I’m having trouble joining races. There are 4-5 of us in a convoy, and each player shows a crown icon, so it seems like we’re connected. When we play together and everyone is in the convoy, usually someone doesn’t receive the race invite. Three people get it, and one doesn’t. It’s not always the same person—it varies. What could be the issue? We’re all friends on Microsoft accounts and on PlayStation. It’s very frustrating. Sometimes convoy invites also don’t go through. Please help, because it’s really ruining the fun of the game for us.
I’m having issues when I disable cross-play.
I would like it disabled to try playing against only PS5 players for modes like Horizon Open or The Eliminator etc. However the search for a game takes absolutely ages. In fact I’ve never found a game when cross-play is disabled. Is this normal? I find it hard to believe there would not be enough PS5 players online? Is this a server issue?
