I redeemed 800,000 credits of the Forza Hub and they never got added to my balance in Horizon 2.

Have you checked your in-game inbox for the gift message? You have to download the credits from your inbox; redeeming them from the Forza Hub does not automatically add the credits to your account balance.

Same thing happened to me and I never recieved it either and it’s not in game. I messeged a forza customer service guy on here he still has not messege me back been 1 week now.

Same here…still waitin on my cool mil. I redeemed and then downloaded from the message center…it said it downloaded but never posted…However I got it immediately in FM5…it’s been a week T10 what’s the deal???
