Forza Hub Rewards Never Seem to be put into my Account

I suspected this for a while now and confirmed it this morning. You go to Forza Hub to get your reward credits - once a week I believe but I sometimes forget to do this. So last night I couldn’t fall asleep and started to play Forza Horizon 4 at 2am. I went to Forza Hub first to see if there were reward credits - and there was - 600,000 will be added to your account and it may take as long as 4 hours to get them there - is essentially what it says. So I wrote down my credit balance and figured when I opened up the game again today - more than 4 hours later - the credits would be there. But no, they were not placed in my account.

I suspected this for a while now but usually you check for your Hub credits and fail to note your balance, you play the game and earn credits, so it all becomes a blur as to if they ever add in the credits.

Anyway today they didn’t give me the credits and I suspect they never give you the credits.

What are you guys seeing? Have you noticed this as well?

They aren’t added automatically, they show up in the message center as a gift.

You should see a message in the Gifts category for this in-game. There seems to be a problem where sometimes it isn’t sent out when it should be, but when this has happened to me the next gift has included all the credits I’ve received from Forza Hub during that period.

I did see a “Gift” message when I turned on the game this morning. It was for 100,000 credits and not the 600,000 that Forza Hub said I was getting.

600,000 is the combined total for all forza games, not just FH4
100,000 would mean that you are tier 5

so you would get 100k for fh4,100k for fm7, 100k for fh3 , 100k for fm6 and less for fh2 and fm5, probably 50k each

When you run Forza Hub you click on your receive credits tab. You get that same amount it says on all Forza Games. I’m tier 13 and I get $500,000 on each forza game. There is six forza games that are in the forza hub app I get $3,000,000 spread across them $500,000 each. Each tier lower than what I’m on it will be $50,000 lower each tier down.
