Credits much harder to earn

Why are people obsessed with burning through games? Its not grind if you are having fun and there is so much to do I personally take my time with it and get that $100 worth. I try not to burn through the game and set myself for disappointment because I beat it too fast or unlocked everything within a week or even a month. Im with the other people, if you feel like you “Earned” a car it gives it more value and a better sense of ownership.

I’m glad, I hated getting too many cr so fast last few games. It felt like I hadall the cars I wanted too quickly.

I’m glad its harder than the previous games (credits didnt mean much at all) I hope the next one is even harder to earn money.

Hmm…i think it’s good that you can’t just buy a hyper car for 2.3 million like it’s nothing.I had to work for my Centenario. Bought it after two eavenings of saving up all my credits.Weird thing is,once i gathered all the money i didn’t want to spend it anymore. It made me think twice about my purchase. Is it really worth 2 mil credits and so on.Yeah the car is great and i’am happy. But i also think the credit rewards for street races are not worth the trouble. They are among the hardest races in the game but have some of the lowest payouts. They should adjust the rewards in general.Maybe give a free wheelspin for each won championship or something.

I think it would be good if the Horizon edition cars would also earn double credits instead of only double xp. Makes them a bit useless now imo.

I barely played the last few forzas. Earned millions and got bored in no time at all.
At the minute I have 2 cars I’m saving up for and I’m really enjoying the fact it’s giving me something to work for. Reminds me of busting my arse on Forza 4 to buy the 250 GTO

Top spin is 100k or 200k with VIP double.

I have spent around 7m on auction house already so not sure credits are that hard to get.

Just try to maximise either skill points or xp via the perks to start with and then level up.

Take a car and do around 5 massive skill chains to get a head start.

In FH2 i had almost 90M credits lol nothing to spend it on, online can get you alot of CR as well, atm im just doing the career mode until its completed; doesnt seem that hard to get credits, traveling was long for me so Ive got all the boards at least

I’m level 105 with 6.8m credits. Since I had pre order bonuses and tier rewards etc, I haven’t bought an actual car yet so just save your money

I like this money system so much better than the last 3 games IMO.
Im lvl 40++ and my balance have been 1 mill +|- after the first 5-6 hours. looks like it starting to build up again from this point and forward but in this game I actually would need some millions to buy some cars. Great!
to put it in perspective at this point one year ago on FM6 I had 30+ millions…

I definitely like this system, at least with the VIP bonus (which is never excessive) you have enough money to buy supercars reasonably often but you never feel like you can just splash out everything without thinking. It’s a fantastic balance and will be even better from non-VIPs.

I heard you can earn more XP by playing outside of Solo mode, where wheelspins could boost earnings maybe?!

It’s better to have less money and always having something to strive for than being a billionaire and having bought everything in the game.

Maybe for you, but I like having the credits and all the things i can get. Because i still end up having a lot of fun after that. To me, grinding isn’t fun at all. Expecially when i don’t get to play a lot.

Don’t consider it grinding, consider it playing. I don’t feel I have grinded anything in this game yet and I’m lvl 140 now.

Within a few hours of playing I get 1,000,000 credits just playing solo singleplayer and I’m a terrible driver. 1 mill buys you a lot of cars already and if you want a Veyron or something you just need to save up a bit. Nothing wrong with that.

Also with wheelspins each time you level and barn finds the rate at which the game throws free new cars at you is IMO already really fast.

I’m not sure I would call getting credits hard to come by. I over 5 mil and I bought a couple of 2mil cars. That said I’m not 230m like I’m in FM6 so it’s harder by comparison I guess. I like the balance they have stuck. Plenty of credits. But makes you think about it abit.

But having really only played 3 days. And made essential 10mil it won’t be long. Least there is auctuon house and expensive cars to sink insane amounts of credits into.

I’ve gotten lots of low output wheel spins but I’ve gotten many higher output wheelspins and cars. As for credits - I’ve managed to drop over 3 million on cars alone already so no. I’d say they come fairly quickly.

I like it! I have a bit over 1 mil right now and have only bought a couple of cars just to play with. The only Forza game I had problems with making money was FM5. If only I can get my social tab fixed in this game I can start grabbing drivatar money as well as level rewards.

im over level 100 and have not had much more than a mil on hand at any certain Point, I Think this Game favors People differantly

a Friend had 6.5 mil before he hit level 8, i havent seen that much yet, 60% of my Spins were 5k and 2k

Really? I thought that compared to Horizon 2, I actually earn money faster, rank up faster, but cars cost more.

Maybe I’m wrong but I played all weekend, got to level 110 or something, and bought a Veneno, a Centenario, a FXX K, all at full price, and bought a number of other cars the cost between 100K and 500K. I have more than 60 cars and bought upgrades for probably half of them so far. I don’t think I would really want be able to buy more than that for just one weekend’s play.
