after this update, the game crashes when I try to go to races. Won’t be able to complete the Open Class races in single player because of this… Thanks T10
Update: Tried freeplay, and I was able to get into a race on Le Mans on the Old Mulsanne circuit, but anything in the career mode crashes when I go to the race section. Practice works… sometimes, but can’t go to the races, even if I skip the practice, game crashes

I am a day one player of Forza Motorsport and really enjoy the game. However on my Xbox Series X it crashes frequently since release day. Mostly it has a frozen screen in the starting grid, which happens about every second race. It also crashes in the menu or in the pit lane sometimes. Does anybody of you experience the same issues on his/her device?
Before a moderator tells me, I already reported this issue 2 times to the Forza Support and tried all the solutions they mentioned (by the way it was an automatic reply and no real person actually thought about a solution), but none of it helped. I don‘t see a reason to buy a new Xbox or send it in for repair because Forza Motorsport is the only game that crashes on my device.
I am really angry on how you guys handle with issues reported by your loyal fanbase and players and don‘t seem to care about since over 1 year already.
How does a game crash on a current gen console?? The game was literally made for it! With previous gen, the games just worked, now its just crazy.
@JanID6240 please continue to communicate via your ticket at Forza Support. Crashing issues are the most complex that the team investigates and require specific account details to research beyond what we can do on the forums.
I did already and after trying all the steps from the automatic reply they said: „Sorry unfortunately we can‘t help you anymore.“
I can‘t believe it too. And all they are giving us are automatic replies. I will have to pay more than 300 € to repair a device which runs perfectly fine on FH5.

Yea I am usually not a rude person and as I said it‘s a cool game, but it crashes way too often and this behaviour of Forza Support is unacceptable.
