Bug Info:
Controller input randomly freezes in menus, until press Win key or Alt+Tab. and then the input during the freeze period will be executed.
Freezing will not occur during a race. Usually occurs when not driving, such as when opening the menu, returning to free mode after completing a race.

Platform: Steam

Edition: Premium

Account: Solo account

PC GPU:

  • AMD Radeon RX 7900XTX
  • Adrenalin 25.5.1

Peripheral:

  • Xbox Series Controller (Bluetooth)
  • Firmware 5.23.6.0

The controller is working fine when the problem occurs (detected through Xbox Accessories)

Settings:

  • Graphics: Preset Extreme
  • Assists: All off except driving line
  • Accessibility: Default

Xbox Settings: N/A

Attempted fixes:

rebooted, reinstalled, set settings to default, rolled back drivers

The above operations did not fix this problem

does this on xbox too.. always happens to me when build liveries in the garage. annoying lol same with my wheel, from time to time menu jus freezes, i gotta close down the game and relaunch it when its in the settings menu or etc. lol
