Ok, so I’m working on rivals in Messina. Got to the Circuit Grandiose in S1/900. Spent some trying to improve my lap times, so I go take a look at the top times for S1 class…Wait…somethings not right here…The top 5 lap times are a full 30 seconds faster than the number 6 spot…and the players are practicaly new to the game…one as new as level 5? Now I’m aware that some playerrs create new gamer tags for whatever reason. But then I look at the PI level for the cars themselves…A 30 seconnd gap in lap times in stock configuration cars? These guys must be the aliens I’ve read about. Right? So what I’m asking is that some of the more experienced veterans please take a look at this and help me to understand why these lap times are so far from the norm?..Charles
The postings could be for two reasons: a server glitch or cheating. Either way, they stick out like a sore thumb and will be dealt with accordingly.
It may be a glitch - I know there was a glitch on another board where someone used a particular vehicle maxed out in a class and the leaderboard showed it as stock when it was not the case.
Give it a couple of days and see if it changes. If it does not and you still feel like it should be reported then here is the email forzafb@microsoft.com.
Just taking a look at it now and that does look very weird and something that should be checked out
After racing the #1 spot, it seems that it’s a server problem. When racing it I caught up to the Ferrari after the first 4 corners then it just disappeared
Anomalies in the leaderboards or other gameplay can be reported to forzafb@microsoft.com for the devs to investigate.
Pretty safe to say that the ones that involve improbable vehicles, low XP drivers, and odd PI are not glitched by the game itself.
