Hi, i have an issue with my pre order content. I have yet to recieve my GT3 RS PO even though i’ve waited a good 2 months for it to be gifted to me in game. I checked my xbox messages, and i recieved both the mclaren senna and the 720s PO.

I should get both 720s for preordering, and the GT3 RS PO for pre ordering on amazon. amazon cant do anything, thats why im here, so i can wait on microsoft/turn 10 tech support to get to this thread.

Amazon were the ones offering the preorder bonus it is 100% up to them to fulfill it…it was their incentive

720s was for pre-ordering on the Microsoft/Xbox store not for pre-ordering from any retailer.
Each retailer only had one PO car. Talby is correct. Amazon is responsible for getting you the code, feel free to reach out to Microsoft support as well, but ultimately it is Amazon’s responsibility to get you the codes.
Pre-ordering the digital version of the game from Amazon gives you 2 codes. That’s what the OP did.
The McLaren 720s for pre-ordering a digital version from any retailer, and the 2016 Porsche 911 GT3RS for pre-ordering from Amazon.
I did the same and have 2 codes for 2 cars.
The code for the McLaren came via XBL message from Microsoft because it’s their promotion for the digital version.
The code for the Porsche came via eMail from Amazon.
If the OP is missing the Porsche, he needs to contact Amazon customer support, and they will send him the code for the Porsche.
