Cars that may be impossible to buy

Good day everyone, I have a question, I once read a comment on YouTube that it is impossible to collect the entire car collection on a Steam PC, is this true? At the moment I have 851/900 cars, I tirelessly check the auction every day in an attempt to snatch the missing cars) Perhaps I am trying to buy those..that are not on Steam) please clarify

There are some very rare cars that you only can get if you have a redeem code for it, like the Oreo Pagani I think, but I’m not 100% sure.
Getting 100% cars in-game is pretty much impossible, but 99,8% should be possible.

There’s a ford coupe fe that you had to buy a controller for. That car is only available by code and if you purchased the game through the Xbox app. You can get every car but that one.
