Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Go to “Apply Vinlys or Decals”
  2. Apply a Vinyl
  3. Exit and go to “Paint Car”
  4. Switch from Manufacturer Colours to Normal
  5. Hover over any colour and go back to the Manufacturer Colours

You should end up with what is seen on screen

For me, it’s got nothing to do with vinyls. The CFRP gets removed from the hood if I paint the car any non-factory color. Would be a non-issue by using CFRP patterns in the paint options to just put it back but the hood is flagged as unpaintable so I can’t.
