It used to be the case that GTO “The Judge” decals would be a variety of colors, depending on the exterior paint color. Now regardless of the paint color, the decal is the yellow & olive green color combo that used to be paired solely with the green colored cars.
This type of error has come and gone a number of times over the last few Forzas. The '73 TransAm had the same issue with the rear logo in FM6 or 7 I believe.

Well, at least in Horizon 5, they got MOST of the decals correct (spoiler decal is the yellow/white/green still)
Oh, and this particular color combo was also available on the off white, yellow, and brown cars IRL.
Wait, they for real didn’t change the decal colors depending on the exterior color? UGHHHH Why are the successive titles lacking more and more detail with each title
They did change on the side and nose, just not the spoiler.
