Buick Regal
The Regal is actually one of the best cars no one talks about. I’ll be looking at one in a few years to replace my daily driver (my current daily driver is a Saturn Aura XR, basically the Regal’s older less attractive sister).
A Regal GS (or Turbo) with AWD and 6 speed auto (I prefer auto for daily drivers and manual for “fun” cars) is a good looking, good handling street machine for day to day use. My 250hp Aura comfortably pulls away from the average car at a stoplight or on the highway. I imagine the 260hp turbo Regal would do better. I rather like my Aura, and most people that drive it are pleasantly surprised. As I said before, I consider the Regal the Aura’s younger hotter sister. They aren’t that popular so hopefully resale will be in the toilet in a few years, I prefer to buy used.
I really wish they had found a better base platform for the Regal. Yesh, the Insignia is a good place to start, but it needs a better engine, and a better face.
lol, one of GM international copy’s. if GM could make buick just have a little more HP and more supercharged cars, I would not be embarrassed by my 2002 buick (it’s not even the supercharged version)
I’m with CarbonCamaroSS - it’s so difficult to pick just one car. Having said that, here’s my list:
Ferrari LaFerrari
Ferrari 458 Speciale
Koenigsegg One:1
Nissan GTR
Ferrari California
Lamborghini Huracan
BMW M235i
BMW M3
BMW M4
Subaru WRX STi
Subaru BRZ
I know that there’s not much difference in manufacturors, so I’d just like to say that this list is only representitive of my current interest and favorites. This list will probably change in another few weeks. I’m likely forgetting a lot too.
